Join PMI Pikes Peak Regional Colorado for a fun and engaging Women in Leadership Lunch on Saturday, September 12 at noon at Sherpa Garden Restaurant, located at 1005 W. Colorado Avenue, Colorado Springs.

This casual, interactive event is designed to bring women together for meaningful conversation, new connections, and shared perspectives on leadership. Attendees will sit in small groups and explore a variety of open discussion topics related to women in leadership. Come ready to share your experiences, hear different perspectives, meet new people, and enjoy some great conversation over lunch.

You do not need to be a PMI member to attend (nor to you HAVE to be a woman). We welcome members, non-members, experienced leaders, emerging leaders, project professionals, and anyone interested in connecting with and learning from other women in our community.

Possible table topics may include:

• Navigating difficult conversations
• Building influence without formal authority
• Mentorship, sponsorship, and supporting other women
• Managing competing priorities and avoiding burnout

There is no fee to attend, but please register in advance so we can provide the restaurant with an accurate headcount.

Each attendee will be responsible for purchasing their own food and beverages.
