Unleash the Power of We with the PG3 Model—built on positivity, passion, perspective, gratitude, grace, and generosity. This interactive session helps teams and individuals transform mindset, deepen connection, and create lasting impact with a personalized blueprint for growth and purpose.

Cultivate a Positive, Purpose-Driven Mindset
Enable participants to shift their mindset using the PG3 Model principles—positivity, passion, and perspective—to enhance personal and professional fulfillment.
Strengthen Individual and Team Connection
Foster deeper relationships and a sense of collective “We” through shared values of gratitude, grace, and generosity.
Increase Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence
Help individuals understand how their attitudes, behaviors, and perspectives impact themselves and others.

Support participants in identifying their unique strengths, purpose, and opportunities for growth.

Guide each participant or team to develop a customized, practical plan for sustained growth, impact, and alignment with purpose.

This interactive workshop blends reflection, discussion, and practical application to help individuals and teams strengthen mindset, connection, and purpose using the PG3 Model.
What Will Be Covered
1. Introduction to the PG3 Model & the “Power of We”
- Overview of the PG3 framework and its core elements:
- Positivity
- Passion
- Perspective
- Gratitude
- Grace
- Generosity
- Understanding the shift from “me” to “we”
- Setting intentions for personal and collective growth
2. Positivity: Reframing Mindset
- How mindset shapes outcomes and culture
- Identifying limiting thoughts vs. empowering beliefs
- Tools for cultivating optimism during challenge and change
- Interactive reflection: where positivity shows up—and where it doesn’t
3. Passion: Reconnecting to Purpose
- Exploring what drives energy, engagement, and motivation
- Aligning personal values with team or organizational goals
- Recognizing passion as a leadership and influence multiplier
- Activity: identifying personal and team “why”
4. Perspective: Seeing Beyond Our Own Lens
- Understanding the impact of assumptions and viewpoints
- Practicing curiosity and empathy in communication

- Identifying 1–3 focus areas for immediate application

- Blueprint creation: actionable habits and behaviors

- Sharing insights and commitments (optional, safe sharing)
- Reinforcing the collective “We” mindset
- Tools for sustaining momentum beyond the workshop
